Starters 

- Honey roasted parsnip soup with a fresh baked bread roll & butter.

- Prawn cocktail with Marie rose sauce, served with brown bread & butter and garnished with a tempura King prawn.

- Home made chicken liver & port pate with salad & a bread crisp.

- Deep fried brie with cranberry & orange jelly and a salad garnish.

Mains

- Traditional roast turkey served with duck fat roast potatoes, buttered mash potato, a Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, pig in blanket and seasonal vegetables.

- Oven baked salmon with sweet potato & basil mash, tomato salsa and a dressed salad.

- Braised blade of beef with horseradish mash, French green beans, roasted carrots and a beef & red wine jus.

Roasted stuffed bell pepper, filled with Mediterranean vegetable cous cous, served with Napoli sauce, new potatoes and dressed salad.

- Traditional Xmas pudding with brandy sauce.

- Belgium dark chocolate & orange mousse, served with a shortbread biscuit.
