Starters 

- Mussels steamed in coconut & lemon grass, served with crusty bread.

- Chicken, wild mushroom & leek terrine wrapped in serrano ham, served with dressed salad, red onion chutney & chard baguette.

- Roasted tomato & red pepper soup, served with crusty bread.

- Wild mushroom & stilton bruschetta, with dressed salad.

Mains

- Fillet steak, served with a potato rotsi, baby carrots, greens beans & a red wine & thyme jus.

- Salmon & spinach puff pastry en croute, served with hollandaise sauce, new potatoes & dressed salad.

- Chicken breast stuffed with serrano ham & mozzarella, served with spring onion mash potato, white wine value & vegetables.

- Goats cheese & red onion tart, served with cherry tomatoes, balsamic glaze & topped with wild rocket.

Desserts

- Raspberry posset, served with shortbread.

- Chocolate fondant with strawberry jelly & vanilla ice cream.

Valentine’s menu will be served on Wednesday 14th of February. Between 5:30pm & 8:30pm
