Available Thursday 14th Feb- 5:30-9pm

Starters

-Red pepper veloute, with a thyme infused foam and crusty bread.

-Pan fried pigeon with a balsamic reduction and roasted walnuts.

-Mussels in a chorizo and sundried tomato cream, served with toasted bloomer.

-Wild mushroom and stilton bon bons, served with charred Jerusalem Artichoke and a beetroot puree.

Mains

-Fillet steak, served with a potato fondant, baby carrots, pak choi and a thyme jus. (£5 supplement)

-Pan seared duck breast, with sweet potato gratin, tender stem broccoli and a cherry jus.

-Pan fried red snapper, served with a lemon and herb potato cake, tender stem broccoli and a white whine sauce.

-Avocado and sweet potato timbale with a tomato consommé and a leek mousse.

Desserts

-Salt baked pineapple with lemon sorbet and a pistachio crumb.

-White chocolate torte with strawberry jelly and raspberry coulis.

-Raspberry panna cotta with a pistachio chantilly cream and passionfruit puree.

-Thee scoops on vanilla ice cream.
